We frequently get feedback that Tactical meetings follow a strict process. In this blog we want to share a couple of variations you can use within this process.

A Lead Link is the closest you can get to a traditional manager in Holacracy. However, a Lead Link has two unique tools to help him which make it different than a traditional manager.

The idea really came together when the co-founder (Dan), while looking for information about different ways of working, ended up reading the book Reinventing Organizations and started our journey to the illusory “Teal” destination.
